“My friends and I met up with the driver and he took us to the marina. Seemed like he had some trouble finding the marina because he looped around the same road twice. Once at the marina, he spent another 20 minutes trying to find the catamaran. He called the office and they didn’t know either. This was frustrating. I tried to message the tour operator myself via Viator and got no response. We finally found the boat because I saw a group of people waiting and asked if they were the tour. The captain and first mate were nice and gave us all the precaution informations before setting sail.…”
